These are the best 50 beaches in the world according to Banana Boat. Or at least the "travel influencers, journalists, editors, and agents" they canvassed for opinion.
As far as I can see from their list of judges, it's pretty influencer-heavy though. Which is a whole other conversation, but I have to say that it's nice to see a list that doesn't have an American bias. As in, not destinations in the US, but skewed towards the most popular holiday destinations for Americans, which is so often the case with these "best of" list.
These top 50 winner were apparently evaluated on five essential criteria: untouched natural beauty, remoteness, swim-friendliness, annual sunshine days, and average annual temperature.
I have to confess, I haven't been to many of them, how about you? What do you think?
